Do you have the need to quieten the mind and find peace in the everyday Kaos called life? Have you wanted to meditate but feel you don't know how to, or don't have the time to? Is your body constantly sore and tired for no reason and your mind so full you keep forgetting things? Well if the answer is 'yes' then my perscription to you is MEDITATION.
Meditation Circles run weekly and offer you the opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed and nurturing environment. Meditation helps improve concentration and performance, decreases anxiety, depression, guilt, anger, fear and leaves you feeling an overall sense of healing and wellbeing not only emotionally but physically as well, after every circle.
Classes are facilitated by Marie-Anne and run every Tuesday night from 7.30 – 9.30pm and Friday morning from 10 - 11.30am. Numbers are limited, therefore registration is require. See the Events page to register your place.
TAKING MEDITATION TO THE WORKPLACE. There is one thing to have a thriving business but it's another when the team that supports your business and it's success is low in energy and drive making your success feel heavy and hard. It is proven that meditation improves productivity and focus when practiced regularly.
