My name is Marie-Anne, and Im an intuitive, reader and counsellor. I created Whispered Insights back in 2013 and during that time I have grown and evolved into my work. Initially I started with psychic readings and energy healing and then went on to facilitate meditation circles and workshops. However over the 9 years along with the experience I've gained, I realised just this practice alone was preventing my clients from actioning their own free will, which resulted in them holding onto to every word I said. Anyone who has worked as a practitioner within this industry would understand what a heavy load that is to carry.
I knew there had to be a better way to serve and still be in purpose. So during Covid, I completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to add onto my counselling work as a way to transform from psychic reader to intuitive counsellor. What I didn't realise at the time was, what started out as a modality to help others, it profoundly helped the healer, ME!
Fast forward to present date, I bring 13 years of experience to every session. My knowledge comes from many practices, teachings and formal education, however, most of all, it comes from living my knowledge, through the experience of love, loss, failure, joy, truth and authenticity. Whether it's a reading, or counselling session you seek, I like to believe I bring the truest part of me to every session, in a grounded and real way, to help guide you through whatever tunnel of darkness, confusion or 'stuckness' you are trying to crawl out of.
My approach and technique has helped many to bring into vision what is just outside of their conscious awareness, like holding a latern up in a dark room. When the hidden is seen and expressed, a new perspective emerges, which in turn presents new choices that will most definately create the change you seek.
By using the Tarot, I'm able to explore and tap into unconsious patterns, emotions and belief systems that are preventing you from aligning to your truth, your voice and choices that will substantially change the way you communicate, love, connect, work and most importantly the tools you use to navigte this experience, we call 'Life'.
