INTUITIVE READINGS

I provide a grounded, insight-driven session designed to bring clarity to complex situations. Whether you’re navigating relationships, career choices, or personal growth, this session highlights key influences and likely outcomes, helping you move forward with greater certainty and direction. Two session times are available: 1 hour or 45 minutes and facilitated via WhatsApp, Phone or face to face, if you live on the NSW Central Coast.

HOLISTIC COUNSELLING

I use a combination of holistic counselling—an integrative therapeutic approach that addresses the "whole person"—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—rather than focusing solely on mental symptoms —and Emotion Focused Therapy, in which emotions are central to identity and emotional health. The core goal is to transform emotional experiences rather than just understanding their origins. This modality helps foster deeper emotional awareness and healthier, more secure relationships with SELF and others by changing how one feels and reacts. Using techniques such as 'Chair-Work', to externalise internal conflicts and relationships, helps process intense emotions with Self and others and resolve 'unfinished business': Focusing, which helps clients tune into their 'felt sense' through the body, which is not yet verbalised. Slowing down to identify these bodily-felt sensations and naming them, or identifying them through symbolising, allows access to deeper emotions and experienced transformation. A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended, which is booked after the first session. All sessions can be facilitated through WhatsApp or in person if you live on the NSW, Central Coast. Each session is 1 hour.
